# Legal Notice — Shipping & Delivery

This notice supplements the [Shipping Policy](shipping-policy.md) and forms part of the terms under which orders are accepted and fulfilled.

## Estimated Dates, Not Guaranteed Dates

All production and delivery timeframes stated in the Shipping Policy are estimates based on information provided by our fulfillment partner. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for losses arising from a shipment arriving after the estimated window, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

## Risk and Title

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

## Accuracy of Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer. Reshipment to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.

## Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance

For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. We do not collect these fees at checkout and have no control over, or liability for, customs delays, inspections, or refusals of entry. Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in a returned or abandoned shipment does not entitle the customer to a refund of original shipping costs.

## Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to ship or deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruption, customs action, extreme weather, strikes, or other circumstances of force majeure.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from shipping or delivery — including delay, loss, or damage in transit — is limited to the cost of the affected order (product and shipping charges paid). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for our own negligence causing death or personal injury, or fraud.

## Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to destinations subject to trade sanctions or fulfillment restrictions in effect at the time of order, as listed in the Shipping Policy. Orders placed to a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded.

## Governing Law

This notice and the Shipping Policy are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — e.g. England and Wales], and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
